Since the start of the crisis, we moved quickly to meet the health and basic needs of those who couldn’t shelter in place.
Although some of our services are now provided telephonically, our work with Health Homes and Pathways to Health + Home continues to operate normally. We have also included additional support to ensure individuals experiencing homelessness can still get the health, behavioral health and housing support they need.

In an innovative approach to prevent an outbreak among the most vulnerable in the community, we also came together with Solomon’s Delicatessen to make and deliver meals daily to our most medically fragile clients — unsheltered and newly housed.
